At ICE District Authentics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official team gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all official sports licensing tags and stickers remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
